Chung Hwa 40' Trawler

 She is a great coastal cruiser, with a range of about 600 miles.. ... ...a great liveaboard.    1980 Chung Hwa......She is a good solid boat, with a survey.    This is a double cabin version. Heads in both staterooms.  Dual controls , up and down.  Lots of teak inside and out, doors are teak....the decks are teak....she really is a beauty....needs some decorating and some  TLC ,but what a boat !  THE OWNER cleared the salon of the outdated furnature.  All the plumbing and electric is intact, as are the controls. and bulkheads.  She needs a new galley and salon furnishings.  She has ALL NEW WINDOWS.....all Aluminum.  Very nice.  Topsides are refinished with Emeron and she  looks great.  Bottom was soda blasted and has  a complete antifouling refinish.    Twin Ford Leman  120 diesels and they run just fine.  Boat is in our showroom..  Smaller trades welcome.    Please call with questions.
