Coaster Motorsailer Ketch

This Coaster 33' is an ideal vessel for doing the Great Loop with her shallow draft, large engine, and mast tabernacle for easy lowering.  A British-built coastal cruiser/motorsailer, she was originally designed for touring the canal systems of Europe.  "Christmas Song" offers a terrific layout, providing storage and privacy in two separate cabins, as well as an Espar diesel heater that warms all three cabins, extending your cruising season.

Pilothouse offers 6' 1.5" headroom.  Removable helm and mate seats to port and stbd.  Storage under settees. Eisenglass enclosure protects the crew from inclement weather.

Fwd cabin offers 6'3" headroom and a 6' long V-berth with filler piece.  Anchor locker is accessible at the forepeak.  Storage is in a hanging locker aft to port, in 2x drawers under the berth, and ina  cabinet and 2x drawers aft and to stbd.  A ladder against the hanging locker assists egress via the large overhead hatch.  Additional ventilation and light is provided by slider cabin ports to port and stbd.

Main cabin offers 6'2" head room with a 4'6" long L-settee to port and a 6' straight settee to stbd.  The pedestal table has 2 hinged leaves.  Storage is behind the seatbacks and in drawers under the straight settee.  Fresh air and light come through fixed and sliding cabin ports.

Enclosed head is aft to stbd with 5'10" headroom.  Sink provides hot and cold pressure fresh water, draining to a shower sump below that empties via a foot pump.  Storage is in 2x cabinets under the counter and 1x cabinet above. 

Aft cabin enjoys privacy from the main and fwd cabins, accessed by a separate companionway aft of the cockpit/pilothouse.  Headroom here is 5'10" with a 6'3" long U-shaped berth with filler pieces.  Storage is in 2x cabinets and 3x drawers fwd.  A small porthold fwd opens, with 2x fixed cabin ports, and an overhead opening hatch.
