65' Stephens Flush Deck

"Grand Lady" is a beautifully designed classic wood yacht. Stephens were all expensive custom builds and this lovely classic motoryacht is a fine example of what this builder was world-renowned for during their heyday; beautiful designs and flawless executions. The "Grand Lady" is rich in history and was originally built for Jack Wrather and his wife, Radio and Television Producers of the Lone Ranger series and Lassie programs.

The "Grand Lady" is a 65ft Flush Deck Motor Yacht built in 1965 by Stephens Boat Work of Stockton California.

She was commissioned and built for Jack Wrather who was the producer of Lassie and the Lone Ranger. The boat was christened "Lone Ranger III" and is hull number M115. Complete records regarding building of the boat, including all drawings, changes and correspondence, are located at the Haggin Museum in Stockton, California as part of the Stephens Boat Works Exhibit. She is mahogany throughout. Since Jack Wrather was part of President Reagan's "Kitchen Cabinet", it is quite possible that Mr. Reagan frequented the boat. The now owner has a lot more history and stories for an interested buyer. Come and preview this piece of American history!
