Allied Luders 33 Citation Sloop
CHAMAR is well-known to those who cruise in and out of Northeast Harbor in the summers. She has been a day charter vessel for 21 years. Her present owners purchased her in 1989 from her original owner. They have sailed her as far south as the Bahamas, and have lovingly maintained her. Due to their advancing years, they have decided to sell her. Please note they have made numerous improvements to her inventory and layout, including a nav table, additional storage lockers, a cockpit teak grate, 1990 diesel engine, and a wheel steerer. - Single 1990 Universal M35 diesel, 30 hp, 4 cylinder, FWC.
- Cruising speed: 6 knots @ 2200 RPM.
- Rebuilt 2010 by Downeast Diesel, S.W. Harbor.
- Vetus 330 seawater strainer.
- Racor Series 200 fuel filter system.
- 3 bladed 13 x 11 bronze prop, protected by aperture.
- S/S shaft.
- Temperature, oil pressure, voltmeter gauges.
- Tachometer.
ELECTRICAL:
- 12V DC system only.
- 3 batteries in cockpit lockers, approximately 5 years old.
- Balmar 120 amp heavy duty alternator with battery monitor sytem.
- Fused electrical panel.
- New Atlantic Marine hot water heater; not hooked up as owner day sails the vessel.
- Voltmeter.
ELECTRONICS:
- Compass.
- Autohelm ST4000 autopilot.
- Depthsounder.
- Kenyon knotmeter/log.
- Standard VHF radio.
- Furuno 1621 radar (presently not installed).

ACCOMMODATIONS:
- For five or six.
- Starting forward is the vee berth with lockers outboard with louvered doors, and storage below in drawers. There is a bureau to port and a hanging locker to starboard. There are two opening ports and a large overhead hatch, as well as separate entrance to the head.
- Next aft is the enclosed W.C. head to port and lockers to starboard.
- The W.C. is a Wilcox Crittenden Jr.
- The main salon has a U-shaped convertible dinette to port with storage outboard and below.
- There is a settee to starboard with storage outboard, and a Force 10 LPG cabin heater on the bulkhead. Also, a nav table was built at the forward end of the settee.
- The galley is aft, port and starboard.
- Varnished teak interior joinerwork, with a varnished teak and holly sole.
- The storage behind the settees has been opened to provide more storage.
- GALLEY: The galley is located all the way aft with a three burner Force 10 propane stove and oven, storage outboard and a large pot locker below the counter, S/S sink with hot and cold pressure water, Adler Barbour refrigerator/freezer with icebox (rebuilt and reinsulated), but not presently operating.
