This vessel was custom built in England to the rigid standards of Lloyds +100. She has completed several trans-Atlantic passages - exactly what she was designed to do. Since 2000, she has been on the Chesapeake and has been undergoing a continual re-fit. She has always been known as Woodwind and is truly a fine world cruising ketch, designed and built to take you anywhere.

Beginning forward is the FOREPEAK with single berths to port and starboard with storage forward. Large opening teak hatch above for deck access by ladder.  Drawer storage below berths. Access to chain locker.  Port and starboard portholes. Sliding privacy door.

Aft to port is enclosed HEAD with shower, marine toilet, vanity with sink, mirror and storage locker.  Shower provides cold water and hot water provided by heat exchanger (2009) from the engine.  Hot/cold shower and cold water sink water supplied by foot pumps. Shower/sink overboard discharge by foot pump. Head overboard and holding discharge.  Hand pump holding tank discharge and deck-mounted pump-out . Opposite to starboard are drawers and hanging locker storage. 

Next amidships is MAIN SALON with L-shaped settee around a centerline drop-leaf table with a pilot berth above that converts into a double berth. Opposite to starboard is a single straight settee with pilot berth above.  Double portholes port and starboard.  Drawer storage under and above both settees, and compartment storage behind both settees.  

Navigation Station and Galley located in deckhouse up two steps from main salon with port/starboard visibility.   

• Interior joinerwork is oiled/varnished teak and cabin sole is a varnished teak
• The cushions for all berths, settees, and navigation table seating are green upholstery (2005)
