Ct 38 - New arrival

The CT 38 is a classic, fast, ocean sailing yacht with a great pedigree. Designed by New Zealand's Alan Warwick for the rigors of the Tasman Sea, she is well suited for the demanding conditions of San Francisco Bay.. The interior is roomy and comfortable, with commodious storage, an inviting salon, full galley and head, and two well separated sleeping areas.

Aquila has a lovely teak interior with abundant doors and compartments for storing your gear. Starting forward, there is a v-berth with custom mattress and storage outboard. Aft of the v-berth are drawers to starboard and lockers to port. Further aft to port is the head,  nicely finished in white laminate and teak, with a sink, shower and Wilcox-Crittenden Skipper head.

In the salon, there is a dinette to port, with a lovely inlaid teak table and a straight settee opposite. Aft of the salon, there is a secure offshore galley to starboard and a full-sized nav station. Both the galley and the nav station have numerous drawers and lockers for storage. Aft of the nav station is a double quarter berth.

There is a newer stereo with Poly Planar speakers in the main cabin, and energy efficient Alpenglow lighting throughout the interior. These lights have red bulbs (in addition to the standard white bulbs) for use while sailing at night.
