MALAIKA has extensive upgrades from a major retrofit in 2010.  If a 77' foot cutter is within your size range, this yacht is a must see.  MALAIKA is able to comfortably accommodate 7 -9 in 3 cabins plus. The Master cabin is very spacious and private, with king size bed, settee library, writing desk, bar and a bathroom with a full size conventional bath tub, hand crafted wooden wash basins and electric w.c. throughout. She needs to be loved again. Great charter potential with big income.

MALAIKA was designed with elegance, comfort, and seaworthiness in mind. Her beautiful interior was built by master cabinet makers using solid African woods: teak, ash, cherry and maple. It is exquisite.There is no veneering.

The yacht was refitted in 2010, when the current owner spared no expense.

Exterior

The cockpit area has a dining table covered by a hard Bimini top, perfect for enjoying breakfast lunch or dinner. It accommodates 8.  Aft, is a hydraulic lift which acts as a swim platform, dinghy dock, and davits. MALAIKA  has great deck space, including an open area forward of the wheelhouse which can be covered in sunpads.  

She is easily sailed by 2, from the her external wheel, or by joystick control from inside -either from the pilot house or at a third station in the main salon.

Interior

The pilot house has all the navigation and electonics one would need on such a yacht plus a pilot berth, seating area and large chart table.

A few steps lead down to the main salon there is a large u-shaped couch and table for interior dining to starboard with further seating to port. The salon benefits from large windows making it feel even more spacious. Ihe inside helm is to Starboard and forward of the dining area.

 MALAIKA is able to accommodate up to 6-9 people in 3 cabins + with full air conditioning. Her aft master cabin is very spacious and private; with a king size bed, 2 settees, and a library with writing desk and bar. The master bathroom has a full size conventional bath tub, a hand crafted wooden wash basin and electric w.c. Forward of the salon are; a double cabin to port and a twin bunk cabin with a lower double bed and a single upper berth to starboard. All cabins have full air conditioning, private bathrooms and luxury adjustable showers with curtain enclosures.

There is ample storage in the forepeak.
