For sailing comfort, NAMASTE will also be hard to beat. The Ontario 28 is a C&C design and was constructed by the craftsman of Ontario Yachts in Oakville, Ontario. Her generous 10-foot beam gives spacious interior for a boat in this size range. Her cabin provides over 6 feet of headroom along with sleeping accommodations for 4. Her elongated externally ballasted fin keel draws only four feet, remarkable for a cruising yacht of her size, and gives exceptional directional stability.

Up on deck, wide sidedecks and a large foredeck make movement easy. Bulwarks give that extra margin of safety when moving on this deck. A large anchor well rounds out this well-planned layout.

The spacious cockpit is patterned after her big sister…the Ontario 32. The T-shape allows for the maximum amount of room. NAMASTE is well-suited for the average cruising family, while at the same time moderate enough in displacement and generous enough in sail plan to provide excitement in club racing.
