O'day 28 Cb Sloop

The O’Day 28 offers all of the amenities you expect in a cruising sailboat without neglecting sailing performance. A Raymond Hunt design, the 28 features solid-fiberglass construction, fiberglass cabin sole, 10'3" beam, 6'2" headroom, 3'3" draft with her centerboard up, and a displacement of 7,300 lbs. Its tall rig provides plenty of sail area for fast sailing and is organized for efficient handling. The unusually spacious interior in the O’Day 28 permits a layout that follows classic yacht proportions.

QUE SERA is essentially a one-owner boat as her current owners have had her since 1983. While her hull was laid in 1980, she was not launched until 1982. Her layout begins forward with a private v-berth that sleeps 2 and features an overhead hatch with screen, 2 opening ports, storage under, filler cushion and 12v lighting.

Her private head is just aft and features a teak privacy door, marine toilet with holding tank, hanging locker, sink/vanity, and storage above and below the counter, 2 opening ports and a solar vent/fan in the head.

Her salon features solid teak bulkheads and trim and features a port settee that pulls out to a double berth that sleeps 2, a starboard settee that sleeps one, a folding teak dinette table, carpet flooring, 4 fixed ports (with 2 opening ports further forward), 12v lighting and abundant storage under the settees, in shelves and in lockers.

Her galley is aft and features an insulated ice box, stainless steel sink, gimballed alcohol stove and ample storage drawers and cabinets.

Her engine is sound-insulated and there is a quarterberth along with a navigation station/storage locker.

Outside, her cockpit is well arranged and features abundant seating for your guests, wheel steering, dodger and bimini with additional mosquito netting, storage lazerettes and a Plexiglas (or wood panels) companionway. Her foredeck access is made easy thanks to her wide side decks.

She is powered by an 15hp Evinrude saildrive and has been very well maintained.

QUE SERA is in very nice condition and has seen excellent maintenance and care. She is seriously for sale and the owner encourages your offers. Call or e-mail us today.
