SELLER RECENTLY HAD MARINE SURVEY CONDUCTED FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES BY NAUTICA MARINE SURVEYORS & HERE IS WHAT SURVEYOR STATED IN HIS REPORT, "The condition of this vessel is remarkable and reflects throughout, the careful attention of her knowledgeable owner. I rarely see a vessel in this condition, of any age."    

The vessel is boarded from the swim step through a starboard transom door to a very large and spacious cockpit conducive to outdoor entertaining or fishing. The main cabin entry is via two sliding doors (also equipped with a large roll-away screen door). As you enter the main salon there is teak cabinetry along the starboard wall including a newer custom wine cooler, icemaker & wetbar. The dining/lounge area is opposite to port with an upgraded wrap around settee including two reclining chairs with matching ottomans. Three stairs lead up moving forward on the starboard side to the full width pilothouse/ galley & dinette. The Gourmet galley up is bright, spacious with a complete upgrade of beautiful granite countertops & all new stainless steel appliances. The dinette to port has upgraded upholstered settee with granite table matching galley countertops. The center helm position in the pilothouse has excellent visiblity fore and aft because of the open bulkhead between pilothouse and salon. To starboard is a pilothouse door also equippped with a screen door. There is an open, floating staircase on the starboard aft pilothouse area leading up to an enormous, entertainment-sized enclosed flybridge deck (240 square foot enclosed flybridge deck!) with comfortable seating for at least 10 people. To starboard and forward in the pilothouse is a stairway leading below decks to the vessel's accommodations where there are three staterooms and two heads. The full beam master stateroom is midships with a full queen-size bed, generous storage drawers and hanging locker on the port side, table and vanity on the forward wall and full length ensuite head on the starboard side of cabin. Forward of the master stateroom on the port side is a spacious over/under bunk stateroom with two extra wide single berths. In the bow area there is a full width VIP stateroom with walk around  queen-size bed & ensuite access to the forward guest head which also has access from the forward companionway.
