It is not currently CG Inspected but was built to conform to the regulations and requirements.  It could be inspected without too much additional work or equipment.  The boat is 76' overall and 70 on deck.  18' beam.  No life rafts.  the masts are deck stepped and easy to pull.  The boat has been transported by truck three times in the past.  The owner has new bottom paint ready to go and it could be painted before shipping.  The boat has a master aft cabin with a Queen berth.  port and starboard double cabins with provisions to add upper double bunks in these cabins.  Two heads, 4 sinks and two new electric heads.  600 gal of fuel and 400 water.  single Detroit 6v71 engine, not sure of the hours.  A spare engine may be available but is not necessary.  California is encouraging updating engines and pay for much of the cost if the boat stays in CA.  Some rewiring has been done since new.  Cap rail is 2x6" teak with teak spindles.  water tight bulkhead in the bow.
