The Monk 36' offers a bright salon and spacious galley up, as well as two private cabins with private heads.  The aft master stateroom offers a center island berth and a master head with separate shower stall.  Clean and yard maintained, "DUET's" single Yanmar 370HP is reliable and easy to access in a large engine room. Her bow thruster, reverse cycle air conditioning/heat, and full electronics, including autopilot and FloScans, are just some of her other features.

Fwd cabin offers 6'7" headroom with 6' long V-berths.  An overhead opening hatch with solar fan and stainless opening ports to stbd and port provide ample light and air.  Storage is along hullside shelves, and iin 2 drawers, 2 cabinets, and a step below the berths. The hanging locker aft to stbd has a louvered door.

Fwd head offers 6' 3.5" headroom.  A stainless opening cabin port keeps this area ventilatied.  The single basin sink offers hot and cold pressure fresh water, with a shower head extension.  Storage is in  slider cabinets above and below the counter.

Main salon offers 6'6" headroom with a 5'9" L-settee fwd to port.  Salon table can be raised or lowered, and has 2 leaves for extending during meals.  Large sliding windows to port and stbd, sliding doors to port and stbd, the windshield fwd and a fixed window aft provide 360 degree views and ample fresh air and natural light. Storage is in sliders under the settee and below flip-ups under the steps at each door.

Aft cabin offers 6'4.5" headroom and a 6'3" long center island double berth.  Large sliding windows to port and stbd and a large fixed window aft provide a terrific view and brightness in this master stateroom.  Storage is in 3x drawers and 3x removable panels to stbd, and 5x drawers and 3x double louvered doors to port.  Behind the louvered doors to port is an exceptionally long hanging locker.

Aft head is privately accessed from the master stateroom.  Headroom in the head area is 6'3", increasing to 6'4" in the separate shower stall.  Shower stall is lined with faux tile and has a shower curtain.  A stainless opening cabin port keeps this area ventilated and bright.  Storage is behind a mirrored medicine cabinet above the sink and in sliders below the counter.
