Cape Dory 27 - Available now

This is a fine example of Cape Dory's popular and well found 27-foot cruising sloop. Extras include a roller furling headsail, two GPS units, and an autopilot.  Whether your plans include bay sailing or blue water passage making, Cape Dory sailboats can take you there and back in safe and secure fashion. We think you'll find this one solid and particularly well maintained.

Interior accomodations include a v-berth forward with water tank and storage below.  Aft to port is the boat's head with hanging locker opposite.  The main cabin features a bulkhead mounted fold-down table to port.  A kerosene cabin light and recessed storage compartment are fitted on the main bulkhead to starboard.  The galley includes a large icebox, sink with manual water, good storage, and a two burner pressurized alcohol stove.  (A written survey --available upon request -- indicates the stove is not fully operational.)

A large Bomar hatch in the v-berth and six cast bronze opening portlights located throughout the cabin let plenty of light inside during daylight hours and will allow the slightest of breezes to keep your crew cool and comfortable after the sun does down.
