Tpi Sundeer 64 Hull #6 - Pilot House Cutter

Gaia is one of the nine very popular Sundeer 64 Pilothouse Cutters with great cockpit, three staterooms, two heads, generator, air conditioning, loaded for cruising. Her cutter rig is easy to handle and provides great all around performance. The combination of her very light “gull gray” gel coat (needs paint) (2 tone deck) matched with the “smoked” pilothouse windows and port hatches makes her very attractive.

“Gaia” was delivered in late summer 1994, spent the winter in a nicely heated shed, and was virtually not sailed until summer 1997. Her interior is spotless and shows very little use. She is an exceptional bargain for the discerning buyer. Recent upgrades include a new (2012) Kohler 6kw generator.  January 2015 bottom painted, new rudder seal, new dripless shaft seal & flexible coupling.

The master stateroom is forward and has a queen berth, hanging locker, en-suite head and shower to port, built-in cabinets and sink / vanity starboard.

Next is the full-width salon with L-shaped seating and dining table to port and straight settee to starboard. Custom bookshelves and wine rack in salon. Aft of the salon is the galley, with oven and sink on the port side and refrigeration units on center-line. The navigation station is to starboard across from the galley area. Access to the guest head is from behind the navigation station and from the starboard guest stateroom.

Next aft are twin guest staterooms, each with a double berth and hanging locker. There is direct access to the guest head from the starboard guest stater0oom.

“Gaia” has beautiful upgraded cherry interior with polyurethane varnish, oyster colored soft furnishings and teak sole with crushed walnut nonskid.
