Pearson 39.2

Blue Heaven is a fresh water Pearson 39.2 sloop.  She is a great club racer / cruiser that is fast, stable and very comfortable in all conditions.  This boat has many upgrades including a complete camper enclosure dodger and bimini and three-blade feathering prop.  She has been yard maintained and is in inside heated storage.  With her fin keel and rudder she moves well to windward and is fast off wind with her full masthead rig. With two separate cabins she comfortably sleeps seven and with all lines leading back to the cockpit can be raced with as few as four crew..

• Stepping below deck, you will notice the warm, rich wood and it's cabinet maker quality joinery work and hand rubbed varnish finish.  This is an honest, two stateroom boat that is as comfortable for the guests as it is for the owners. Head is aft for easy accessibility
• The staterooms have custom mattresses.  V-berth has a 6'6" length with a hanging locker with 3 shelves and a vanity with hot and cold water.
• Electric fan is mounted in both cabins
• Two staterooms sleep 4, dinette sleeps 2, and settee sleeps 1 to accommodate 7 owners and guests
• Swing out stool converts large stand up Nav table to a sit down Nav station freeing up space in salon
