I personally photographed and shot the video on this very nice 2006 Avalon 22 saltwater series pontoon. The seller has owned many boats in the past but some health issues dictate he must move on from the hobby. He has used the boat about 4 times in the past 1 years he has owned it but always kept regular maintenance on it from year to year.

Overall, the vessel shows very well. The outside and pontoons look to be in great shape. The carpet is in good shape for this year vessel. The graphics on the side look great and the bimini is in great shape. You can tell this vessel was always stored either inside or under a cover.

Stock #70666 On the forward port side their is a dent a few feet long but the seller had to point it out to me as it's not very noticeable On the Bow, a small portion of the carpet is worn away due to an anchor being stored there. Noted in the pictures their is some wear on the topside of the cushions. This is not sunwear, this is due to the previous owner installing a heavy duty canvas cover and it wore down the canvas. This could probably be dyed to match, or keep it like it is as it doesn't effect any function of the boat.

March 2014 engine had a new impeller installed and tune up. Full coast guard kit was bought at same time.
