This three stateroom two head yacht is laid out so well it could be a very comfortable live-aboard or long range cruiser.  The third stateroom could easily be an office. GUEST STATEROOM forward with over and under bunks to port, followed by a hanging locker and drawers. To starboard is a head and sink. All the way aft, the MASTER STATEROOM features a queen island berth with three hanging lockers and another with washer and dryer hook ups, vanity and ample drawer space. Forward to starboard is a large head with toilet, sink and full size shower. To port is a GUEST STATEROOM with over/under bunks, a desk and hanging locker. The upper bunk can be folded up to make the lower a settee. This makes the area into a very nice office. Also, there is a built-in sink located to port, which has a hinged top. This stateroom can be opened up to the master to feel very large and open. The nice open salon features an L-shaped settee to port aft. Full helm with electronics is to starboard followed by a chair and steps to the sundeck. On the fully enclosed, hard top covered sundeck there are wing door, a wicker love set, table and chairs. Also on the sundeck is a wet bar with sink and freezer/refrigerator. The flying bridge has one helm seat, one L-shaped settee and one bench seat with cushions. The flying bridge is ccompletely enclosed with newer canvas and windows.
