Hinterholler Ultra 26

SELKIE shows pretty well below decks and has the updated and desirable ULTRA cabin arrangement with a private Owner's cabin forward.  Her layout is ideal for a cruising couple.

She received a new DOYLE Sailmakers Mainsail with StackPack D furling system in 2009 as well as new TIDES Marine mast track and slides which allow the sail to raise, lower and furl much easier than the standard Nonsuch arrangement. Her diesel has been kept up to date with many new parts and ran well last summer.

SELKI's low price is an indication that there is some work that could be addressed.  12/15 Structural Survey available to serious Buyers.  She was happily sailed by her Owners in the summer of 2014 but they have now decided to get out of sailing.  She is currently winterized and hauled for the winter in Gloucester, MA.

Nonsuch "Ultra" cabin arrangement offers a private double berth cabin forward with the main salon aft of that.  There is an L shaped settee to port with a table which converts to a double berth.  Ultra models have two cockpit lockers as opposed to the Classics which do not.

The galley is opposite with a Force 10 two-burner LPG stove, icebox with Sea Frost refrigeration, single sink with pressure and manual water faucets. 

A WOLTER LPG fired instant hot water heater is attached to the bulkhead aft of the galley which is vented via a "vent Stack" fitted with a "Charley Noble".  It has never been used or tested by the Owner.

The enclosed head compartment is aft to starboard with a Wilcox "Head Mate" marine toilet with a Y-valve leading to over board discharge or to the holding tank. There is a sink with pressure water and storage lockers.  New waste tank hoses installed in 2011.
