This beautifully maintained Canadian Sailcraft (CS) 27 has many recent upgrades as well as a full list of original features; including a large ice box, a diesel Yanmar engine and 4 comfortable berths. The main cabin includes a fixed teak center table, ample storage areas and 2 settees. Directly aft of the V berth is the enclosed head (with sink) and a hanging locker. The galley includes a 2 burner propane stove, cutting board, storage drawers, refrigerated icebox and sink with pressure water.

She has four sails in good condition including a Gennaker and a 10-foot rowing dinghy. In 2000, Blue Seas electrical panels were installed. Her canvas and framework are in excellent shape, a 4 to 1 mainsheet traveller has been added as well as a custom bow roller for her 15 kilo Bruce anchor. Her owners are retiring from sailing so all the charts, pots, pans, etc. come with her making her very close to turnkey.
