A beautiful 45\' cutter rigged cruiser designed by the famous Canadian Naval Architect Stan Huntingford.  This Explorer 45 is hull #11 of 22 built.  Huntingford described her as one of two favorite designs of his career.  He is known for designing beautiful,  strong,  fiberglass cruising boats with fast bottoms. Her lines are classic and her teak is dense old growth and beautiful.

Under sail her motion is smooth,  quiet,  and stable.  She is a safe dry boat in turbulent weather.  Designed for speed and comfort in all weather conditions.  She is responsive, yet not tippy or tender.  Her hull lines (modifiedfull-keel) and sail design allow for optimum speed with safety and comfort.

When docked she draws continuous complements on her beautiful design and finish.  Her brightwork is generous and distinctive.  This 45 foot Explorer is a \"class act\" and a great cruising boat whether for inland waters or open ocean.
