Many boats you see on Yacht World are overhyped, under-described, or 'what you see
may not be what you get.'

 Not this one.

When I first spoke to the current owner about his 34’ Mainship Mark III, I discussed the importance of good photos. Ones that really showed the boat well; warts and all. What I got back were several “WOW” photos of his boat. I couldn’t wait to see it.

 I was NOT disappointed.

I saw multiple examples of custom features that only a seasoned boater would think of, or a high enough value to spend the money to have it done. Here are just a couple of features that stood out to me:

• Custom aft cockpit curtains (you can see them in the photos)
• Custom pilothouse rear shade/weather curtains.
• Custom V-berth cushions and covers for a great sleep.
  
• Custom Center/Forward Opening Window for great ventilation ($1,600)
• Custom brow/bow cover for shade while you sip your rum punch in the late afternoon.
• A bilge area (the whole bilge!) that is one of the cleanest I’ve seen. “No”, I wouldn’t eat off it, but I did say “Wow” when I saw it.
• New (2012) 7KW Diesel Generator ($10,000).
• Garmin 4208GPSmap with AIS and Weather Scan.
• Battery-Charging Solar Panels... for that 'Off the Grid' option.
• Pilothouse propane tank to stove; with Galley emergency shut-off switch.
• A captain’s log from day-1 until now that includes all repairs, all maintenance, all upgrades, and all receipts.

You may have other features that stand out to you, but you need to see this boat to do it.
