Enter this boat through the large cockpit to access the Sundeck or go straight through the aft cabin to the salon. The aft cabin has a queen walk around with a separate head and shower. The Sundeck is perfect entertaining with its wet bar and a space for table and chairs. Once in the salon and you'll find large windows with easy visibility outside. The lower helm is on the starboard side next to an access door to the deck or off to the dock. Moving forward the galley is portside with dinette starboard that folds into a berth. In front of the Galley dinette is the forward sleeping cabin with its own head.

This boat is currently in an LLC with three partners. You have the option to purchase the LLC which could be a non-taxable transaction, please check with your own accountant  for verification. One of the current partners is willing to stay in the boat and operate with up to three other partners. The buy-in price with 3 additional partners would be $30,000, with 2 additional partners $37,500 or 1 partner $55,000.
