Hunter Passage 420

Price just reduced.   Patty Sue is a very clean and well maintained yacht that has been sailed seasonally for the last 3 1/2 years.   The Hunter Passage 420 offers the best of both worlds:  a comfortable cruising platform that provides excellent living aboard accommodations  yet is a fun and easy yacht to sail.

The Passage 420 interior layout is perfect for living aboard whether at the dock or cruising.

Beginning as you enter the main salon the Galley is to port with a Settee forward.  To starboard, opposite the galley is the forward facing Navigation Station.  Next forward is the large L shaped Dinette area.  

Forward of the main salon is the Guest Stateroom with a Pullman Berth to starboard and desk area opposite.  There is a good sized Marine Head with shower and sink forward.

Aft of the main salon is the Master Stateroom which features a Center Line Queen Bed, Ensuite  Head with a separate shower area.  

There are hanging clothes lockers in each stateroom as well as a wet clothes locker just aft of the navigation area at the base of the companionway.   Note there are also a number of drawers and storage areas throughout the vessel.

The interior is finished in a warm teak rubbed finish that is not often seen on todays new yachts. The teak and holly cabin soles are hard wearing and well cared for.
