REMARKS:                                “Iskur” was purchased by her current owner through ourselves in July 1992 as the 3rd owner from new.  Her previous owner also maintained her here at Tollesbury Marina for the preceding 15 years.  She was originally built for a Mr R E H Longman of Yeovil, to the highest standards at the time.  A professional survey report was carried out for insurance purposes on the 31st August 2010 and a copy of this report is available on request.  Her teak decks have been re-laid over 18mm marine ply and she has had very regular maintenance over the years.  She has been used for East Coast cruising and at times as a live aboard for which she is well suited.  Her interior is completely insulated above the headlining with 2” cotton/hemp mix and she is a very comfortable boat indeed. Her owner is now looking to downsize.  “Iskur” is currently available afloat at Tollesbury Marina and can be viewed by appointment.
