TABOO is the latest Aquastar 81' version, modified and upgraded with the latest technology. She was built by the Aquastar shipyard in Guermsey. TABOO was specifically designed to be used for Caribbean charters. The five double guest cabins each have a head / shower compartment. The Saloon is huge; it occupies the full width of the hull at its maximum beam and offers a good sized dining table. There is a vast area of deck space for sunbathing and a very large guest cockpit with a separate steering cockpit.

She is based on a hull whose design has been-proven in Whitbread race circumnavigation, and with her easy schooner rig, this is a serious ocean going yacht, demanding low maintenance by comparison to most others of her size. The rig size and rudder depth has been increased by the designer for added performance and the aft section of the stern has also been made fuller and longer.
