This is a 1948 Owens Flagship Cruiser, a flybridge cruiser built of wood. Reportedly designed by Norman Owens in Baltimore, and was the largest of the Owens Yacht Company lineup.
Powered by twin 165 hp Crusader 165 gas engines, with direct drive. Eng. hours: 1170

This boat is a must see for anyone looking for a true classic. It needs some cosmetic work, but has been in covered moorage for at least the last ten years, and appears to be in sound structural condition. Starting aft is the main cabin w/ ensuite head & shower, midship is the salon w/ lower helm station, forward of the salon is a stepdown to a full galley w/ dinette, then a V-berth cabin. The roomy layout would make for a practical liveaboard.
