This 2011 Rhodes 22 model is in new boat condition and ready for delivery to its new owner. The roller furling 175% genoa and in-mast furling mainsail make Single handing this vessel a breeze. The 2011 9.9 Yamaha long shaft, high thrust, 4-Stroke outboard has less than 25 hours and comes with electric start and power tilt. Power controls are easy to reach and are located on the port stern rail. A unique General Boat designed motor lift brings this engine up and out of the water with NO effort. Very few 22' vessels have 2 Group-27 batteries that are kept topped off when the engine is running. Full standing headroom is a plus when you raise the "Pop-Top." You will stay dry when you attach the pop-top wraparound enclosure.

A fully enclosed Marine Head with 8 gallon holding tank with deck pump out and a front loading icebox keeps ice and water separate from your food. A single burner butane stove is also a plus. Fifteen gallons of pressurized water is onboard.
