Twin-helm Catalina 400MKII: Two cabin version with the huge queen-berth aft stateroom, and wing keel for the best pointing ability. Yanmar non-turbo diesel engine, folding propeller, dripless shaft seal. Extra headroom below yields a bright and spacious interior. North main sail new in 2013 with Northpack system, five battens, and Cruising Genoa new in 2012. Harken mainsail electric winch. Complete Raymarine nav instruments with Raymarine touch screen chartplotter. Reverse cycle heat/ac for year around crusing comfort. A vessel equipped to make cruising enjoyable and care free! 

Standard two cabin layout Catalina MarkII. V-berth forward with infill, hanging locker, storage space and ensuite head w/shower. Following aft is the spacious saloon with abundant headroom. This space is airy and bright, a bench seat to port and u-shape seating to starboard surrounds the dining area. The dining table accomodates seating for four with plenty of room to spare. The teak and holly floor accentuates the saloon. A chart table with seating is to port aft of the bench settee. All breaker panels and the ships electrical center is above the chart table. A U-shaped galley is to starboard of the charting area and includes stove, oven, microwave, top and front loading Adler-Barbour fridge/freeze, and a forward facing double SS sinks. The galley has solid surface countertops and an abundance of storage cabinets and drawers. A passage way to port, aft of the chart area, leads past the master head to the master cabin. The marine head has a stall shower and is private to the master cabin. There is an island type double berth in this cabin with ample hanging lockers, drawers and seating outboard of the berth. The entire vessel is conditioned with two Cruiser Air reverse cycle air conditioning/heat with SMX controllers.

The spacious cockpit with dual helm stations are a signature of the Catalina 400MKII. All nav instruments, chartplotter and autohelm AP are readable available and visible to the helmsperson, as well as, all sail control lines being lead aft to the cockpit. There is a centerline folding table in the cockpit for serving "Sundowners", appetizers and snacks. A sugar scoop transome, boarding ladder and stern rail seating complete the cockpit.
