C&C 35-1 - Performance Cruiser

One of the most popular racing designs of the '70's and '80's, now fitted-out as a performance cruiser with diesel engine, refrigeration and helmman's bimini.  Storage paid and very attractively priced. 

Chain locker forward, followed by a large V-berth.  There is storage under the V-berth, shelves outboard port and starboard, drawers and lockers just aft of the berths.  Aluminum and acrylic hatch overhead.  Folding door to close off cabin for privacy.  Hanging locker to starboard in the passageway with toilet compartment to port, with toilet, sink w/ pull-out shower spout, hamper and lockers. 

The main cabin has a U-shaped dinette to port, with a table that lowers to form a double berth.  To starboard is a settee berth with storage under.  Sliding door lockers are outboard both P & S.  There is an aluminum and acrylic hatch overhead on centerline.

Aft to port is a large quarterberth, the forward end serving as the seat for the generous, hinged-top charttable.  To starboard is the galley, with gimbaled Kenyon Homestrand 3-burner alcohol stove w/ oven, an ice box with a Norcold 12/120 dual voltage refrigeration unit and a sink w/ hot & cold pressure water.
