This is a trawler/motor yacht of excellent, yet understated pedigree. Built in Hong Kong by Kong and Halverson, same builder heritage as Grand Banks.

 With the room, seaworthiness, class and quality of many larger and more expensive yachts, this timeless design is capable of distant horizons or weekend getaways year round. This yacht was built prior to a major fire at the Island Gypsy factory. The fire destroyed the molds this yacht was built with. The backup molds that later 44IGs were built with, resulted in boats with a more pronounced sheer and considerably less headroom in the master stateroom than the more than 6'2" headroom this vessel has.

This is a three cabin vessel with the full beam master suite aft with tons of storage. The two forward cabins have a separate private head with shower and Vacu-flush toilet. There is a huge, airy salon, and an up galley with all the necessary appliances to keep the crew happy, including a NovaKool fridge and a Propane stove/oven.

Outside are roomy walk-around weather decks with bulwarks and rails. Bulwark doors port and starboard afford easy and safe shorthanded docking. Aft and above is a massive flybridge with plenty of seating and three steps down is a full beam sun deck with a new hard top  with LED lights and speakers.

Bullet proof and economical 135hp Lehmans diesels. These engines have an integral injection pump and a balance shaft for amazing smoothness and durabilty. 4.5 gph at 9 knots.
