The owner is the original owner. He performed all annual maintenance (engine oil and filter changes, all fuel filters, lower unit gear oil, anodes (external and between plugs) and new plugs - all done annually). The water pump (all parts) and thermostats were replaced every two years and it was recently done this past spring. Tilt/trim seals and caps replaced this spring as well. Owner has all receipts as well as a detailed repair manual created (oil changes, internal anodes, plugs, gear oil change, PCV valve, T-stats, fuel filter, etc.).

Additionally, owner maintained a detailed logbook with all fuel purchases, modifications, maintenance and repairs so that you can see everything that was done each and every year. Boat comes with original manuals. Boat is in mint condition is marina stored and regularly kept at the dock so it does have bottom paint. Boat was not used for trolling so almost all engine hours are running hours (except travel through no-wake zones).
