Delphia (Sabre Tartan Morris) 40 - Top condition-Priced to sell!
Searching for the perfect affordable cruiser that is in top condition and ready to carry you to the islands of your dreams!? LOOK HERE AND YOU'LL NEED LOOK NO MORE!! SHADOW FAY's crisp, modern lines and smart good looks turns heads in every harbor. She is a sweet, fully-found Andrzej Skrzat designed, bulb-keel, shoal-draft Delphia 40. This boat has the fit & finish of a Tartan or Sabre, the interior accommodations of a Beneteau; and, while a cruiser, she will hold her own with the Js. Read on and you will see that she is equipped with all the equipment one could want, yet she is priced at an incredible value...and in top condition! Owned by this her first owner, she is regrettably for sale due to changes in the owners' plans. Air conditioning/heat, VacuFlush heads, a full complement of Raymarine electronics including radar, GPS and chartplotter, autopilot, electrical system with Westerbeke generator, Yanmar diesel with low hours, Side Power bow thruster, dodger and full bimini are part of her complete inventory. In addition, her in-mast mainsail furling, headsail furling, solid boom vang and lines led aft to cockpit make this yacht easy for short-handing. She is without a doubt a dream to sail! She is awaiting her new owner and new adventures. SHADOW FAY's commodious accommodation plan features three separate sleeping cabins with two heads. The cabinetry is blonde (oak), the overhead is a soft leatherette with abundant overhead lights and the cabin sole is teak and holly veneer. There are handrails in the main salon just below the window line. The forward cabin has a V-berth which when the filler is inserted makes into a large double berth. A large opening overhead hatch makes for great natural light and ventilation. There is plenty of storage areas under the berth and on outboard shelves above the berth both port and starboard. Moving aft to port is an enclosed ensuite head which features an in-head shower with a comfortable drop down seat, an electric Vacuflush water closet and an overhead hatch for ventilation. Opposite to starboard are large lockers...the forward one for hanging clothes, the aft has shelves. There is an opening hatch in the overhead in this area. Privacy from the main salon is provided by a door. The main salon has the galley to starboard and opposite to port is a uniquely shaped fixed double drop leaf table with wrap around seating and storage underneath. There is more storage outboard above the settee in several sizable cabinets. The blonde (oak) cabinetry coupled with an abundance of fixed ports and opening hatches makes for a light and airy feel to this space. The look is finished with the warmth of a teak and holly veneered sole. The forward facing chart table is located next aft to port and the second head opposite to starboard serving for the use of the aft staterooms and as the day head. The aft quarter staterooms have entrances port and starboard and they each have large hanging lockers and ample storage. The engine is under the companionway steps and has great access. The companionway features a dark mahogany surround which contrasts beautifully with the light oak finish of interior cabinetry.
