Bishop Marine Trawler

This vessel is a serious go anywhere vessel. Built to fish the Bearing Straights but now converted to a first class expedition yacht. It has a spacious galley with all stainless steel appliances, a beautiful dining area and an immense salon. All done to high quality workmanship and beautiful construction. The living area has been opened up by 10 large bronze port lights on both sides. On the main deck is a day head with granite shower and an office area equipped for a single crew berth. Below decks aft are three large comfortable suites.

The 72 ft long boat is a former commercial vessel built in 1965 by Bishop Marine Services in Aransas Pass, Texas. The owners say she was originally a shrimp boat in the Gulf of Mexico, then made her way to the Pacific Northwest, where she stalked the various fisheries from the Oregon coast to the Bering Sea. The Limit Stalker was then retired from the commercial fishing fleets.

The vessel is a sole asset of an LLC and had major shipyard refits in 2009 of over $800,000.
