"Olivia" is a beautiful example of this popular long-keeled blue-water cruising yacht. Her condition throughout is the best we have seen with many up-dates during 2010-2012

Built to Lloyds specifications, Olivia shows in bristol condition, and is ready to take you to the islands or beyond, with comfortable accommodations for longer journeys.  
 
Olivia is up-to-date with a new Raymarine Electronics suite installed 2011 including C90W GPS Multi-Function Display with Digital Radar, FF/Sonar, AIS, Sirius Weather, LifeTag Wireless MOB System and ICOM VHF.
 
 
She also features a Volvo 28HP Diesel with New Sail Drive, new Lewmar V-3 Windlass with Bruce anchor and 300' of chain, Schaefer 2100 Roller Furling System, Stern Swim Platform, four new higher capacity Batteries, 110 Shore power, new Battery Charging System, RI compliant holding tank/head, ABYC compliant propane system and completely restored teak decks and cockpit. At our docks in Jamestown.  
 

Starting in the bow there is a spacious V berth with storage shelves on each side.

Next aft, a folding mahogany door separates the V berth from the head/shower. This room is full width with the head to starboard and the sink and shower to port.

The head has a marine pump toilet w/holding tank, hanging lockers, a sink/shower with pressurized hot and cold water, cabinetry, mirror and Thermo 2500 cabin heater.

The main salon has two fixed settee/berths both with backs that fold up for either a pilot berth or storage. The starboard settee/berth is L shaped. There is a mahogany folding dining table with storage in the middle for bottles and plenty of storage space

Teak and Holly sole throughout.  The NAV station is to starboard with a quarter berth aft of it. The galley is to port.
