Hatteras 63 Raised Pilothouse Motor Yacht - Low Hours & Many Upgrades!

"Outa Wac" is a must see 63 Hatteras Motoryacht that benefits from low hour CAT 1400hp diesels, hardtop with fresh enclosure, updated interior, audio visuals and electronics.  Featuring a large 3 stateroom, 3 head arrangement with a raised pilothouse, upper and lower stations and spacious aft deck.   The engine room is like no other boat in this size range with everything easily accessible and the famous Hatteras attention to detail evident throughout.  With twin generators, hydraulic bow thruster, high-end electronics and more, "Outa Wac" is ready to cruise and has all the accommodations and luxury to make the perfect boat to entertain on as well!

Boarding "Outa Wac" is safe and easy via a large integrated swim platform with bustle door into the lazarette and engine room as well as molded stairs leading up to the aft deck.  The aft deck benefits from the protection of the boat deck overhang for shade above and has a built in bench seat across the transom as well as a large table for dining and entertaining al fresco.

Forward of the aft deck, heavy duty stainless steel sliding doors lead into the luxurious salon.  High gloss cherry wood joinery is apparent everywhere set off nicely by black solid surface countertops and brand new top quality neutral carpeting and soft goods.  The salon has an abundance of seating with storage beneath and to starboard is an entertainment center with icemaker, new stainless and glass front wine chiller and matching beverage cooler.  A large flat screen TV along with a top quality audio system makes this the perfect spot to relax at the end of the day.

Just forward of the salon area is a full featured galley again with high gloss cherry cabinetry, black solid surface counters, teak and maple amtico flooring, new stainless steel dishwasher, new induction range top, abundant storage and double drawer subzero refrigerators and freezer. Climate control is evenly distributed across the salon and galley with fluted cherry wood valances and privacy is provided by matching wood blinds.  Hatteras attention to detail again is evident in the amount of overhead lighting used and especially in the patterned headliner that is a show piece that is hard not to notice when entering the boat.

Up three steps is the raised pilothouse area that has a dinette aft that has recently been recovered as well as a solid surface table with stainless steel pedestals.  Flooring is again done in a teak and maple amtico and there is an interior passage to the flybridge and upper helm.  Forward in the pilothouse is a wrap around console that provides a huge footprint for large screen electronics, full featured lower helm and two comfortable helm chairs.  From the lower helm, access to the side deck and bow is very accessible through a pantograph door on the starboard side.  On the bow there is a comfortable sun pad for guests who want to work on the tan.

Moving down a curved stairway from the pilothouse that is beautifully done in high gloss cherry paneling, one finds a large companionway/foyer again with fresh high quality neutral carpet from aft to bow.  The bow or VIP stateroom features a walk around queen berth with cedar lined hanging locker, hull side cabinetry, and abundant drawer space.  Top quality soft goods are found throughout the staterooms and like all berths, cedar lined storage is found beneath.  The VIP stateroom has its own private head with stall shower, teak and maple amtico flooring, black solid surface vanity and plexi mirror ceilings making the area feel even larger than what it already is.  The guest or third stateroom is to starboard and aft of the bow stateroom and it features a large bunk set, hanging locker, reading lamps and portlight.  This stateroom too has its own head with stall shower and all the features found in the VIP head.

Aft and through double doors with arched frame is the Master Stateroom which is amidship.  This stateroom is fit for a king and queen with large locker and shelf space, built in dressers and a walk around queen berth.  New LCD TV and top quality audio have been recently outfitted and the berth lifts up to reveal a cavernous amount of cedar lined storage.  The master head is again quite large with an actual tub shower, teak and maple amtico flooring, bowed front cherry wood vanity with black solid surface counter, plexi-ceiling and more.

Back up on the flybridge one will find a hardtop and brand new three sided enclosure, double captain chairs, full featured helm, wrap around lounge seating, wetbar with new refrigerator and ice maker, large boat deck and built in and cleverly hidden away davit.

Saving what some would say is the best for last, the mechanical space on "Outa Wac" resembles a surgical room more than an engine room.  Entry is again through a watertight bustle door at the transom and into a large standup lazarette.  The lazarette is enormous and allows for storage of watersports equipment, provisions for cruising, parts and tools, etc.  This area has a third set of sub zero refrigerator and freezer drawers and could be converted to a crew's quarters if desired.  A door from the interior of the lazarette leads into the engine room which is well lit, unbelievably spacious, and is a demonstration of the thought that goes into a Hatteras.  Wire and plumbing runs are a work of art and access all around the CATs and to all mechanical systems is astonishingly easy.  Dual generators round out the package and provide the redundancy for safe and comfortable living and cruising aboard.
