Steel motor yacht, Combi-Kotter, named "Johanna", built in 1997/1998,  by shipyard De Combinatie in Dordrecht The Netherlands, dim.: approx. 13,50 x 4,15 x 1,25 m., headway approx. 2,54 mtr (mast down), displacement approx. 21 tonnes, ballast approx. 400 Kg lead,  steel hard chine hull, topsides   colored  dark blue, steel superstructures painted in "of white", (yacht painted professionally; Sikkens Ultragloss),  steel decks, teak deck in cockpit, single layer aluminum framed windows,  fuel tank in steel capacity approx. 700 ltrs, fresh water tank capacity approx. 1000 ltrs in cemented steel tank, sump tank approx. 350 ltrs in steel tank, level  gauges for fuel and fresh water,  hydraulic steering system, emergency steering helm.

Teak interior, interior finished to good standard, roomy saloon with  long settee with opposite a table and two seats, all upholstery in saloon needs overhaul, headroom approx. 1,95 m., dinette, galley with worktop and sink, 4-burner gas stove, Electrolux fridge with freezing department inside, hot water by boiler and engine, 2 cabins; one double V-berth in forward cabin, two single berths above each other in second cabin. separate electric toilet, separate shower, Webasto 7.8 Kw ducted air heating (2006).
