COMPLETELY REPAINTED FROM WATERLINE UP!! LOW HOURS! REPOWERED BY MTU 200HP 16V2000 SERIES ENGINE WARRANTIES THROUGH 2015!!! THIS IS THE LOWERST HOUR, CLEANEST 65' VIKING ON THE MARKET!! ALSO THE FASTEST TO MY KNOWLEDGE WITH THE HIGHEST HORSEPOWER AVAILABLE LOCATED IN OCEAN REEF. PRISTINE CONDITION!!! One of a kind 65' 2000 hp per side Viking SF, LIGHTIN UP is touted to be one of the quietest of all the powerful sport fishing machines on the water. She was completely repainted with DuPont paint in 2011. There are also engine warranties through April 2015. The deep-V hull configuration has a newly installed 16" linear exhaust system, complete with crossover tubes and the newest in technology with its VEEMS Interceptor props. The refit of this vessel has dramatically improved her already superior ability to raise fish! These powerful 16V2000M91's have only about 615 hours on them and produce 2000hp each. The fly bridge has great visibility for those wishing only to be spectators aboard. The forward section provides lots of seating and a handy cold drink box, making this a comfortable place from which to watch the action. The very finest EZ2CY curtains enclose the flybridge from inclement weather while still maintaining a very open feeling. The fly bridge is the main station for steering with two Bluewater helm seats and is equipped with the latest in electronics, all protected from the weather while remaining in full view. Eight rod holders can be accessed from behind the helm and a large freezer is conveniently located on the bridge as well. The ruggedly built, over-height tuna tower is equipped with a safe center ladder with rails and full size steps allowing your captain or mate to spot the birds, fish or weed lines without difficulty from this perch almost 55' above the waterline. No room for excuses! Forward of the salon is an open galley with teak laminate flooring, one step up. With a circular banquette and cherry wood dining table forward to starboard that seats four or five, plus two upholstered stools tucked out of sight below the table, this dining area is afforded a great view of the passing scenery. On the bulkhead behind the settee, as it is on the galley bulkhead to port, exceptionally deep cupboards with slide out shelving (which can be locked while underway), provide exceptional pantry storage. The "business-end" of this impeccable galley is equipped with a recessed 3-burner Kenyon electric stovetop that disappears from sight under a seamless Corian insert matching the countertop. Your line of sight has a clean sweep from the door at the cockpit to beyond the galley. There are no hanging cupboards or unsightly appliances in this galley, but instead six Sub-Zero drawers which individually can function as freezer or refrigerator as required. A microwave is housed in the bulkhead pantry cupboard and a well concealed trash compacter. Going forward from the galley is a large utility room on the backside of the galley bulkhead. Electronic equipment (including five separate Direct TV receivers), are housed here. Fishing rods are clipped to the bulkhead securely for storage, and there's plenty of floor room for the heavy power reels for deep water fishing expeditions. Truly a huge storage area. Across the companion way is a stacking washer and dryer unit plus a storage closet for cleaning products. The bilges throughout have been Awlgriped and used for deep, dry storage - essential for long-range cruising such as transiting through the Panama Canal or other remote destinations. There are four staterooms which include crew quarters. All staterooms are equipped with TV's, heads and showers. Forward is a VIP queen stateroom with ensuite head, cedar lined hanging closet, deep drawers at the foot of the bed and storage on either side of the berth. Natural light bounces off light colored bulkheads and gleaming cherry wood cabinetry, highlighting the exquisite bedspread and accessories. Amidships to port is the Master stateroom with full width cedar hanging closets, queen sized berth and an entertainment center next to the entryway to the head. Additional storage is provided by bedside cabinets and a full height dresser. This roomy head includes a large shower and a very deep, full height linen storage cupboard. In both of the queen sized staterooms, the mattresses are hinged for easy lifting to access the expansive storage space underneath. The third stateroom is located on the starboard side and has a cedar hanging closet with wide upper and lower bunks. Teak is used in the detailing of this stateroom giving it a warm glow. The ensuite head for the twin stateroom also functions as a day head. Down a step or two on the portside is the entryway to the crew quarters. Wide upper and lower berths provide room for your captain and mate, good storage capability with a highboy chest of drawers and a roomy ensuite head. A watertight doorway in the crew head provides access to the engine room, but also has a porthole, allowing the captain to keep an eye on his engine room at any time. The engine room can also be accessed from the cockpit. The engine room has been meticulously maintained, and is absolutely spotless.
On the exterior, LIGHTIN UP is a solid fishing platform with a Bluewater fighting chair in its sizeable cockpit, outfitted with custom 360 degree swivel rod holders. A large tuna door in the transom, a custom beveled deck. There is an oversized fish box in the cockpit deck plumbed to use as a live well. There are two additional live wells and a generous bait freezer. For those who like truly fresh fish for dinner, a Gagganeau grill is conveniently located in the cockpit as well as a cold drink box and ample storage and cockpit sunshade.

New carpeting (2010)with new carpet runners! This is not only a wonderfully comfortable and cozy conversation area, but practical as well.
