Two staterooms, incredible spaciousness, enough storage to take you and your family to the Bahamas or the Florida Keys for two weeks. Turn the key and go....this boat has been impeccably maintained and offers all the comforts one would normally find in a 50' boat. Owner has added or upgraded many items including flat screen TV's in the salon and master cabin. With a factory hardtop and Sirius Weather, this is the best value on the market.

The cabin entrance to this two stateroom, two head yacht is located forward to port of the helm deck. This 4000 Mid-Cabin is not only a great sea boat, but a great traveling boat as well. This yacht was designed for ease of operation and maintenance, as seen from her engine room to her bilge areas forward.

The galley is located to port aft of the head in the cabin below. The Galley features plenty of dish and utensil storage, over and under counter cabinets and drawers. There is a deep well sink, stovetop, and ample counter space. The galley also has under-counter refrigeration.

The salon is located adjacent to the galley with a large U-shaped settee to starboard which features a large, chrome stanchion based, fold-out Teak table for dining, or entertaining if needed. Salon has a full entertainment center, which features a flat screen TV, stereo, CD changer, VCR, and Bose speaker sound system. The cabinetry is finished in teak, and there is also a full teak sole throughout the vessel.

The master is all the way forward and features a large center line queen with storage underneath. There is available port and starboard storage and private access to head and separate full shower. The master also has its own flat screen TV.

The aft stateroom features a huge double berth housing storage underneath. There is an overhead storage cabinet with shelving. This stateroom is complete with its own vanity, sink, and toilet to use as a second head when guests are onboard.

The cockpit features opposing bench seating, which act as a great conversation area, as well as a dining area; accomplished with an electronic assisted table, that rises out of the cockpit sole (activated by a switch). To starboard is the 50 Amp Glendinning automatic retrieve shore cable housed under a lid. Access to the water is made easy with twin steps from the cockpit to the 4’ swim platform, and the transom storage trunk

The enclosed helm deck features full glass windshield with center electric ram-assisted vent. This windshield is braced with molded frames. There is a stylish arch, which disappears into a large factory hard top. Connecting the hard top to the windshield sides are isinglass panels.

Housed underneath this canopy is one of the most impressive helm decks. A companion lounge is located centerline and the helm chair is electronically adjustable. The helm is fully equipped with full navigational electronics. Behind the helm, is a wet bar with refrigerator, ice maker, storage, and sink.
