Stock #68969 Lift kept and it shows. This SeaRay Sundeck 270 does have bottom paint but it's very clean as nothing touches the bottom. The dual davit lift has kept this hull and paint blemish free.

The boat does show some signs or wear that is in line with a vessel of this age. The forward bow cover is in need of some repair but is serviceable.

The engine purrs like a kitten as per the owner and just had a recent servicing at the local marina. Service records are available.

I did not notice any tears or other damage to any of the seats or cushions but they would benefit from some vinyl cleaner and treatment.

The Bimini top shows no damage.
