Lien Hwa Motor Yacht

Great liveaboard!  MYSTIQUE is a 49' Lien Hwa Motor Yacht built in 1989.  Powered by twin 375hp Caterpillar 3208TA's diesels with only 650 hours offering a cruising speed of 15 knots.  New US shafts, props, and rudder posts in 2007.  Dual stations with complete marine electronics. Flybridge has hard top with recent enclosure. Sundeck is fully enclosed with sliding windows, teak wing doors, built-in entertainment center, wet bar, ice maker and double doors leading to aft deck.  She has two luxurious double staterooms, each with adjoining head and a tub shower in the master.  Gourmet galley down with convertible hi-lo dinette opposite.  Onan 12.5 KW generator has 700 hours with reverse cycle air conditioning and heat.  Washer/dryer.  Spacious design with interior teak cabinetry and low maintenance topsides.  Electric windlass, stern davit and much more. Forward, aft of a mirrored bulkhead is the VIP stateroom with a queen size centerline berth with six drawers below, two reading lamps, a lighted hanging locker to starboard, shelves port and starboard,  four oval opening stainless ports and a Bowmar overhead screened hatch. There is a privacy door with access forward and aft of privacy door to the head. Forward head features sink built into formica counter, hand held shower into teak grate, Vacu-Flush marine toilet, mirror, cabinet and opening port.

U-shape galley follows to starboard with a convertible hi-lo dinette to port with storage below. Galley and dinette each has an opening port. Up a few steps to the salon area with the lower helm station to starboard adjacent to a large sliding deck access door. The sole is teak parquet. To port there is a breakfast bar overlooking the dinette. The salon has a leather L-shape sofa to starboard and two swivel upholstered chairs to port with a table between. Electrical panel follows.

Down three steps to the owner’s aft stateroom featuring a king size centerline berth, slide open windows port and starboard with mini blinds and curtains. There is a hanging locker to port, cabinet & drawers to starboard and a hanging locker forward with TV below.  Mirrored bulkhead with reading lamps. Owner’s head is adjacent to starboard with a tub shower, Vacu-Flush marine toilet, formica counter with built-in sink, mirror, cabinet and slide open window. Kariba washer/dryer combination unit in locker.

From the salon up and aft four steps to starboard is the enclosed sundeck lounge. This area has a wicker sofa, wicker chair, two wicker seats, a glass top teak coffee table & two end tables. There is teak and holly sole, teak wing doors, slide open windows with mini blinds, track lighting, a wet bar, U-Line ice maker, built-in TV and double doors which slide open to nice aft deck. The aft deck has two chairs, a bracket for an outboard motor and a door leading down to swim step.

From the sundeck up through a hinged Lexan door to the enclosed flybridge.  The bridge has a custom fiberglass hard top, L-shape seating to starboard with storage below, a double seat to port with storage below and helm seat on center. There is a venturi wind screen and a stainless rail around the sundeck top.
