This is the nicest and best serviced 16 x 77 Sumerset that I have seen in the last ten years.  It is so perfect that all you would need to do is bring your tooth brush and move in.  All service is current.  This boat comes with docking lights, an aluminum radar arch, a dining room wet bar with ice maker, a current survey and a new upgraded full size LG front loading washer/dryer and a new upgraded over-size LG refrigerator/freezer, a new dish washer.  This boat is powered with two 5.7 L. Mercruisers.  They each have only 563 hours.  There is a vhf radio with antenna, a depth indicator, a am/fm stereo radio with cd player.  There is a 84\" flat screen LG tv with a Hi-def 1080p projector, full surround home theatre system built into the salon.  The galley has a sink, cook top, oven, microwave oven, new two door LG upright refrigerator, hot and cold pressure water system and an ice maker in the salon.  There are two bathrooms on the boat with Sea-Land Vacuflush toilets, a shower in the hall bath and a tub/shower combo in the master bedroom.  Canvas includes a bimini over the drive station and a teal waterproof bimini which can be fully enclosed for weather over the upper deck.  There are also teal see-thru railing canvas all around the upper deck. The boat sleeps eight in comfort in four separate bedrooms .  There is a 4 ton Trane central air-conditioning unit and a 20 kw Westerbeke 120/240 generator.  This boat comes with a compass, a spot light, and a automatic fire suppression system. The boat has a white polished exterior with teal/blue/pink stripes, and has green canvas.  The salon has dark brown leather sofa & a recliner.  The carpet is off white Berber thru out the boat and the chairs at the bar and dining table are covered in blue cloth.  Other features include a gas pump for other water craft, outdoor speakers on the upper and lower decks, a Main Fortress plus spare anchors, 300\' of chain, a wash down pump for the upper deck with 75\' hose reel and a 32\' combo TV/computer desk with a slide out in the salon.  This is an extremely nice boat and has to be seen in person to appreciate how nice it really is.  A great boat at a great price.
