#1 Boat Mfg 39 Ft Flybridge - New arrival

This is a fine example of the well known Key West #1 vessel.  She is in excellant shape mechanically and only requires some cosmetic updating to provide the buyer with an outstanding cruising platform for the islands.  Electronics (furuno) are quite good and there are two a/c units, generator with a new inverter and a dinghy with outboard.  The boat was repowered in 2001.  Those familiar with the #1 vessels are aware of the overbuilt construction , seakeeping ability and overall quality.  The tunnel drive configuration makes this an ideal boat for island cruising, be it for pleasure or possible charter. 

The features of this vessel are two numerous to list completely but includes dual marine air units (20 and 12 btu), 2001 perkins generator with new 5000 watt inverter, and twin fridge units.  There are rupp riggers with spreader bars, downriggers, and a very nice furuno electronics package .  All batteries have been replaced in the past two years and an11.5 mercury dinghy with 15 hp johnson outboard is included.
