J Boats C

This a nice J 37 C with a modified sugar scoop off transom and newish Yanmar 3GM engine installed in 2008.  LOW hours, hardly used in the past four years.  good sail inventory, dodger/bimini, Maxprop, barrier coated bottom and more.

Needs some interior TLC, but a fun shoal draft J boat.

At bottom of companionway, the galley is to port and navigation station to starboard. Aft of nav station is a large double stateroom.

She sleeps 6; 2 in forward owners cabin, 2 in main salon, and 2 in aft cabin. The forward owner's cabin has a 6'9" V-berth with insert, hinged berth boards for easy access to storage below berth,Teak shelf over each berth,full length mirror,two opening ports,overhead 19'X19' hatch, 2 dorade vents, hanging locker, 4 large drawers and 2 cabinets.

The starboard aft cabin has a 6'9" berth with filler cushion. Port and starboard settee berths in the main cabin with backrest storage compartments with cabinet and shelf outboard of each.
