C&C 27 Mkiii Sloop

A Canadian classic with over 1000 C&C 27′s built between 1970 and 1982. This time tested design has been recognized as one of the best production boats ever built.  Loved for her sailability, roominess below, and quality of construction, these vessels are still widely active and racing. The Mark III version is recognized has having significant improvements over her predecessors including decreased ballast, increased sail are and rig height, and an additional two feet added to the waterline.  Altogether, this equals a fun and fast sailing vessel that is hailed as a classic family cruiser or club racer.

This C&C 27 Mark III, built in 1975, boasts a roomy cabin, sleeping arrangements for five, and an Atomic engine. She includes a main, jib, 2 large genoa, and sail cover, propane stove, barbeque, pump toilet. Her three-axle trailer has been fully overhauled, painted and made road worthy.
