Island Pilot Ip535 New Construction

The Island Pilot 535 is a performance cruiser like no other. She can make overnight passages at displacement speeds (8 knots at 1 NM/Gallon) or hop from island to island at cruising speeds up to 28 knots. With a Deep V hull form AND the Seakeeper Gyro Stabilizer, the IP535 is able to cruise safely and comfortably in open waters - take her from Miami to the Caribbean or up the west coast to Alaska safely and in comfort. Range at 8 knots is over 500 NM - range at speed up to 300 NM.

Her VIP guest in the bow is separated from her full-width master amidships by the "Great Room," a galley/dinette - this gives her aft-cabin privacy with her convenient sedan-styling.

Her bright deck house features a wrap-around settee, a pair of easy chairs, lower helm station and a 40" HDTV with Bose home theater. The flybridge has a huge dinette/lounge, 3 helm chairs plus a wet bar complete with drawer refrigerator. The aft cockpit has another "al fresco" dining area, another wet bar with ice maker and full-height access to the engine room.

She is powered with a pair of Volvo Penta D11 IPS II steerable pods and boasts 3 joy-stick docking stations and "Dynamic Positioning" - you hold heading and position at the touch of a button. A pair of 7 kW generators provide plenty of power - the 2 kW inverter lets you spend the night on the hook w/o the generator running.

The IP535 is sold complete, including her Mercury Marine Amanzi RIB w/40HP, power davit, 4 Garmin GPSMAP displays, KVH HDTV satellite antenna AND a Seakeeper Gyro Stabilizer.

Hulls #1 & #2 are on the east coast and available for inspection. Hull #3 can be ready for winter of 2012. The Island Pilots are built-to-order; you choose hull color, fabrics and granite surfaces.

The Island Pilot 535 is a two stateroom cruising yacht.  Forward is an "Island Queen" VIP stateroom with "ensuite" head and shower.

Just aft is the "Atrium Great Room" galley/dinette - this bright extensive space separates and provides privacy between the VIP guest forward and the owner's full-width Master amidships.

The IP535 Master is unlike any other in her class - expansive - comfortable - romantic - private and quiet.

The IP535 Deck House is bright, roomy and airy.  Seating for a dozen - 40" HDTV - Bose home theater -- great visibility from her lower helm station.

Since each IP535 is built to order, there are a variety of modifications and custom options available, both above deck and below.
