Pearson 31 - Incredible Condition

The Pearson 31, Scout is a classic cruiser in the Pearson tradition. She is a great starter boat for anyone looking to get into sailing in a good-looking, well-built, boat at a great price . Scout has been well loved by her current owners who are looking to purchase a larger boat after nearly a decade of owning her.  She has many upgrades and her interior shows like a 2007 not a 1987 boat.

The interior of Scout is spacious with the galley to port as you descend the companionway. To starboard is the large icebox/nav station, above which is the electrical panel, and astern of which is further storage and the quarterberth which reaches back under the cockpit.

The salon has a large teak table with drop-down leaves which is slightly off to starboard. Settees on either side were re-upholstered and can act as sea-berths/single bunks. Forward of the salon is the head, to starboard and the V-berth.

The floorboards were all replaced and all the natural teak below is in beautiful shape.  This boat is truly a well cared for boat and the interior certainly speaks to that statement.
