Fraser Center Cockpit 42 - Priced to sell!

"Justa" is one of the first 6 original molds of the Fraser 42 that the DeKleer bros made famous.  These first rugged Center cockpit 42's were built in Vancouver for 6 Air Canada pilots (actually first called Vancouver 42's). 

This yacht is rigged for offshore with a full set of cruising laminate sails, main, and 140 genoa on furling gear.  Also comes with a 170 and storm sails.  Rigging is 10mm or 3/8" stainless steel cable rigging, and stainless steel cable main and jib halyards with mast mounted winches. Equipped with 11 Barlow winches.

Powered by Volvo MD17 well maintained diesel engine.

Electronics include autopilot, new GPS, Sounder, and Nobeltech nav.

Below accommodations include large salon, V- berth, plus stateroom aft cabin;  head with shower and hot water heater. Galley has 3 burner stove, and built in almost new 12/120 V fridge/freezer .

She has a hard dodger, and full canvas enclosure.

Hull painted in 2002. Insurance survey 2011.  At next haul needs a good polish; bottom paint, replace mast step, and set for many more years on this solid vessel.

Same owner for 16 years.

Also comes with 12' RIB inflatable, and a 25 hp Mercury motor.

This vessel makes for a great long distance crusier, or even a live aboard.

Comments from June 22, 2011 Insurance Survey:

As with all vessels of that era, the “Justa” was over-built and today still looks like new. I am not sure what might have been added to the original hull structure but the vessel was built for blue water offshore deep-sea use.
