Starting from the aft deck 81 Ferretti 2004 includes open air dining for 6-8 people.
The ability to open the salon glass partition allows interior salon guests to interact easily with those on the aft deck. 

A spacious salon, configured in a U, allows for comfortable seating for 8-10 and easy conversation.  A pop up flatscreen TV comes up on the starboard side.

Further forward on this beautiful 81 Ferretti interior is fine dining for 6.  Up front to starboard is the lower helm and to port is seating for 4 in a breakfast nook allowing for a calm view outside.

Down the forward stairs the 81 Ferretti sleeps 9 owners and guests in four staterooms (the port guest stateroom can sleep 3 when using the Pullman bunk). Each stateroom has its own head with the starboard guest stateroom head serving also as the day head.
Separate crew quarters accessed aft will sleep 3-4 crew.

The 81 Ferretti flybridge can be accessed from both the the outside aft stairs, for those who are wet and wild, as well as the interior amidships stairs. 

The flybridge seating includes a dining table for 6 in a u-shape configuration.  Behind the upper helm is a barbecue for those open air cooking celebrations.  Just aft of that is the expansive sunpad and aft is the tender crane and storage.  The tender is an Aquascan 11' Sprinter F11 Inflatable RIB RHIB Jet Tender w/ 140hp Yamaha engine.

Vessel Walkthrough

Any buyer will be impressed with the outstanding condition, proving her Italian pedigree was worth the price in 2004. She sparkles and has benefited from fastidious open checkbook care and maintenance. She is the only 810 model available today originally built specifically for the US market and with C30 Cat power. 

Her gel coat shines. Boarding at the aft deck immediately impresses guests that this is the nicest open deck of any yacht this size! Beautiful Italian stainless and glass divides this area from the salon. Direct crew and engine room access is from this area. There is a large euro platform with wave runner storage very cleverly located inside.

This vessel has a warm and inviting ambience about her, she is is elegant, yet less pretentious than her larger siblings and she is very sporty for a 4 stateroom 81' yacht. Her roominess lends to the utilization of the interior. The interior fabrics range from silks and ultra-suede in the staterooms along with bright high-gloss cherry woods and soft leather on the main deck. The color scheme in her interior is subtle earth tones. The new hardwood flooring is stunning and very low maintenance and is carried throughout the upper level and crew areas. Cool beige leather accents results in an extremely relaxing atmosphere. Below decks high quality cream patterned carpets welcome you to your staterooms. The beautiful lacquered cherry woodwork with maple inlays in stunning throughout the entire yacht.

There are four guest staterooms which are located on the lower deck plus crew accommodations for four!  Most vessels of this size only have three staterooms plus crew quarters. There is a VIP forward which has a centerline queen berth. The two twin guest staterooms are located amidships; just aft of the forward VIP, and have two twin berths each. The port twin also has an additional fold out Pullman berth, accommodating up to three guests total in this stateroom. Then, just aft and full beam step down to the master stateroom boasting an oversized queen bed, vanities, ample storage lockers, and a built in leather sofa!

The dining accommodations range from the elegant yet casual dining salon across from the starboard galley forward of the main salon; the large aft deck settee with its alfresco charm, wet bar, and varnished teak table with optional aft deck staircase to the flying bridge; and the more sunny location of the fly bridge settee! All dining areas accommodate up to eight guests and boast new teak tables.

Salon
This warm hi gloss cherry wood interior glows. Soft creamy ultra-suede accents the high ceiling as well as strategically placed halogen lighting. The spacious U shaped sofa to port is buttery soft cream leather, accented with custom throws and pillows in golds and bronzes. 

Galley
Located just across from the dining salon is the enclosed well endowed galley. Double stainless steel sinks, along with earthy granite countertops accent this galley. High gloss cherry cabinetry and large windows, that open, lend brightness which is much needed for any chef! The flooring has been smartly chosen. enhancing the usability of this galley.

Dining
Just forward of the main salon and to starboard, this nicely appointed dining area is placed. Again, cream colored leather is the main accent of this dining settee. The high gloss cherry table with three deep walnut dining chairs lends a more formal feeling to this settee. Just aft of the dining table, a U-line wine chiller has been installed inconspicuously behind the high gloss cherry cabinetry. Ample storage for china, crystal and flatware area also include in this comfy dining salon.

Aft Deck
This aft deck is relaxing to say the least! A large semi-oval settee with a beautiful teak dining table and chairs to match is the highlight of this highly usable area. Along with custom wet bar, there is flatscreen tV, a U-line ice maker and refrigerator for entertaining. There is a lot of storage and counter space which is not the norm for this size vessel. Custom canvas shades have been added by the owner to create a cooler environment for this aft deck which are easily installed or removed when needed. Therese shades are located just aft of the settee and on the starboard and port side of the aft deck. Great for those hot sunny days in the Bahamas! From the aft deck, the foredeck is easily accessed via the starboard or port side full walk-around teak decks. The flybridge is also easily accessed via teak steps locate to port.

Captains and owners alike will appreciate the aft wing/helm station located to starboard. Just behind the settee seat to starboards, access to the crew quarters, laundry area and engine room are situated.

Just aft and down a few steps behind the settee and crew area, the swim platform can be accessed. At the transom, the owner has installed seven custom underwater lights – dramatic for those evenings on the aft deck when dining alfresco, as well as fun and educating for the younger crowd when schools of fish come to investigate and feed!

Helm Station
This roomy and bright pilothouse is inviting! To port is a cozy settee in the high gloss cherry wood with cream colored leather and to starboard is the helm station with all the necessities that a captain could ask for. A black mesh windshield cover has been included to help with heat restriction from the sun. The following is a list of the electronics provided.

Master Stateroom
This large full beam master is situated just aft of the twin guests. A large, oversized queen bed sits centerline in the room with vanity to port and a cozy loveseat/sofa in creamy leather sits to starboard. A walk-in closet sits just at the foot of the bed, as well as the new LCD large flat screen TV (new) with DVD and DSS satellite receiver and new stereo system. Storage is no problem in this stateroom, there's LOTS! The color scheme is elegantly simple in creams and white contrasting the beautiful cherry lacquered woodwork. Large port lights allow lots of natural sunlight to stream in. An ensuite bath boasts double his and hers sinks nestled in a spacious marble countertop. A large shower with bench and lacquered cherry floors wrap up this handsome master bath.

VIP Stateroom
Located forward on the lower deck, this VIP is bright and inviting. A cream colored Damask spread is accented by silk shams in black and gold. Large wardrobe closets are situated on both sides of the bed along with lots of storage. Al cabinetry is in rich cherry which is highlighted by light cream ultra-suede walls and ceiling. There are large port lights to port and starboard, giving this stateroom an airy feel. The entertainment center includes new flat screen LCD TV with DVD and satellite receiver. Just aft and to port is the ensuite bath. A single sink, shower, and head is situated amongst high gloss cherry flooring, cream colored high gloss lacquered walls and cabinets, and off-white marble counters.

Guest Staterooms
Just aft of the VIP, the twin staterooms are located. These two staterooms are identical in layout, with the exception of the port twin which also includes a Pullman bed for an additional guest. The colors in these rooms are in rich golds and bronzes, with accent pillows in black and patterned silks. Both rooms include Samsung 17 flat screen TVs with DVD players, Pioneer sound systems, and satellite receivers. Each of these twin VIPs have ensuite heads as well. Again, high gloss lacquered walls and cabinets, along with high gloss flooring, adds to the bright and cherry feel of these small, but well appointed heads.

Each have a single sink along with white marble countertops, a shower, and head.

Crew Quarters
Comfortably sleeping up to four crew members, this crew quarters has ample storage and sleeping arrangements in two cabins. The captain’s cabin has a nice sized double bed along with ensuite head & shower. This cabin is bright and cherry due to the two port lights just over the bed. The second crew cabin is located just across from the captains, and has a single twin over/under bunk bed, also with its own shower and head. Along with the crew accommodations, the laundry area is situated in this area.
