Kong & Halvorsen (nowadays Halvorsen Ltd.) is a very particular Yard. They started building since 1889 and they did it in five different continents. Those boats, like this one, that were built in Hong Kong were characterised by their distinctive lines, inspired by the local trawlers. This unit, very well cared of by a mate, clearly shows the high quality craftmanship of her Chinese-Australian Builder. The best woods have been masterly used on her and her owner has been able to maintain her with the respect and passion due to her. Kong & Halvorsen (hoy Halvorsen Ltd.) es un Astillero muy peculiar: construye barcos desde 1889 y lo ha hecho en cinco continentes distintos. Los barcos, como éste, contruidos en Hong Kong se caracterizan por las líneas clásicas, inspiradas en los arrastreros locales (trawlers). Esta unidad, muy cuidada por un marinero, demuestra claramente la excelente calidad de construcción alcanzada por el Astillero australo-chino. Las mejores esencias de madera se han utilizado con gran maestría y su propietario ha sabido cuidar de él con el respeto y la pasión que se merece.
