Tolly's 44' cockpit motoryacht has been a long standing favorite with NW boaters. Her quality construction, practical layout and performance allow this model to perform well on the water and in the marketplace. "Pipenhot" is an excellent example of the design. "Pipenhot" features the ever popular cockpit motoryacht configuration. Layout description from fore to aft includes;

Centerline queen berth in forward cabin with private head/shower, hanging locker drawers and cabinets. Next aft is a large booth style dinette to starboard and full galley to port. Galley features varnished teak parquet flooring, three burner cooktop, mircrowave-convection oven, double sink, trash compactor and AC/DC Norcold refrigerator. Galley is bright and open with good counter space and storage.

Moving aft and up three steps is the salon. It features an eating bar above the galley, oiled teak trim, recent carpet replacement, teak faced storage cabinets, an ice maker and entertainment center. A sofa/sleeper with hi/low table and barrel chairs provide comfortable seating for 5. With opening windows and doors all around, the salon feels bright and open.

Going aft and down three steps is the masters cabin. It features teak cabinetry all around, an offset queen bed, a head with separate stall shower, drawers, cabinets and hanging lockets. Opening windows and hatches provide ample light and ventilation.

From salon and up three steps is a carpeted full beam sundeck with hardtop and canvas wind dodgers all around. Five foot cushion topped fiberglass deck storage lockers port and starboard.

Forward and up three steps takes you to a fully enclosed and carpeted flybridge with helm and co-pilot chairs. L-shaped bench seats aft for additional seating and stowage.

Aft from sundeck and down four steps is a generous cockpit with transom door aft. Fresh and salt water wash down connections in cockpit. Below cockpit is a lazerette with access to steering gear and the 8KW Onan generator with sound shield.  The tender is easliy managed by the Nick Jackson electric horizontal davit that's transom mounted above the fiberglass swim platform. An Avon 11' sportboat with console and a 25HP Yamaha 4 stroke OB round out the package. 

Overall, "Pipenhot" is clean and ready for inspection. She has been well cared for and will provide her new owners with many more years of boating fun.
